Cocoa nibs are made by breaking the cocoa beans into its naturally grown segments which are about 1 to 3 mm in diameter. Cocoa nibs are used in various baking applications and of course brewing.

You can add the cocoa nibs to the boil or in the secondary. Great in Porters and Stouts.
