Although this product tends to stain your plastic items I wouldn't brew without it. It is completely rinseless, and will drastically cut your brewing, bottling, racking times in half. No need to thoroughly rinse after letting items soak. YOu want to mix about a tsp for 5 gallons of water. Go ahead and get the big bottle you'll save money and time.
